what am i scared of? what?

i know of a saying that goes, "there is a rainbow after every storm."
well, i guess its true. for most people it is.. so, maybe its also true the other way around. like, after every rainbow.. soon there'll be a storm. in siompler terms, for every happiness you feel there will be sadness and vice versa. the past few days i was happy. now, i'm just bummed. i know happiness is a choice.. but heck.. aaargh. how can i say i believe God when i'm scared of a LOT of things.
